A. While we are always on-call in case of emergencies, our office will be closed on - click here for a list. These holidays are established by our Board of Directors each year.

Q. Who do I contact to rent the Pavilion?

A. Please call 254-562-5922 Ext. 1, for all reservations.

Q. What does it cost to rent the pavilion?

A. There is a refundable $500 deposit to reserve a date. The rental cost is $30 per hour with a minimum $150 for 5 hours. 

Q. Who do I contact to rent a cabin or RV site?

A. We have leased the campgrounds to Home Place RV. Please call 940-353-7249 for rates & reservations.
